At Bucca, we are dedicated to creating exceptional experiences that perfectly blend culinary artistry with wine culture. That is why each month, we take you on a themed gastronomic journey through the world’s most prestigious wine regions. Our carefully designed menus not only celebrate the finest seasonal ingredients but also deepen the connection between exquisite dishes and their ideal wine pairings.

For March, our inspiration is the legendary region of Tuscany, the sun-drenched heart of Italy. With this menu, we bring you the authentic flavors of a region renowned for its premium olive oil, aromatic herbs, and rustic culinary elegance.

Stefan’s focus is on creating magnificent Tuscan classics. Expect dishes such as Pappa al pomodoro — a traditional thick tomato soup, Pappardelle al fagiano — a rich pasta with pheasant meat, as well as the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina, prepared according to the original recipe. The gastronomic journey is completed by specialties such as Baccalà alla Livornese (Livorno-style cod) and the delightful Torta della Nonna.

Every dish is an ode to tradition, created to complement the character of wines from world-renowned houses such as Antinori, Tenuta San Guido (Sassicaia), and Gaja, creating a perfect harmony with the diverse and exciting Bucca Bar wine list.
