RHÔNE VALLEY JANUARY
Bucca Wine Bar proudly dedicates January to the legendary wine heritage of the Rhône Valley, France.
From its headwaters in Switzerland, the Rhône River flows southward through France toward the Mediterranean, a vital trade route for over two millennia. Along its banks, winemaking traditions date back to the Roman Empire. Centuries later, the papal court in Avignon and the enduring legend of a knight’s chapel gave rise to two of the Rhône’s most iconic wines: Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Hermitage.
This month, immerse yourself in the Rhône Valley’s rich history and distinctive terroirs. Discover bold reds, elegant whites, and the stories behind every glass—without ever leaving your table.
E. Guigal and Château de Nalys are just some of the esteemed producers you’ll have the opportunity to experience this January, as part of our tribute to the Rhône Valley.
Each label carries the spirit of the region—from the schist and clay vineyards of Hermitage, across the sun-drenched slopes of Côte-Rôtie and Crozes-Hermitage, to the historic galets of Châteauneuf-du-Pape—revealing layers of elegance, character, and tradition.
Join us in discovering wines that not only delight the palate, but also tell the story of the land, the people, and the legacy of the Rhône Valley that has endured for centuries.
